Gift card not received
Xfinity promised us over $1,500 in gift cards for moving our family mobile plan to Xfinity to Verizon last December. We received an e-mail from Xfinity on 1/15/25 indicating the required documentation was received and qualifies for the gift cards. We have spent countless hours trying to get this resolved with Xfinity and they promised resolution by specific dates at least 5 times with no response. We understand many other Xfinity customers are experiencing the same problems of no Gift cards and many broken promises. We are in the process filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Better Business Bureau (BBB) and joining a Class Action lawsuit with others experiencing the same problem. We have been customers of Xfinity for over 40 years and are outraged by the horrible treatment we have received and also will be moving to another carrier as soon as possible!

Yes, I tried the Xfinity incentive tracker many times and it says I will hear back many weeks ago…never got the response or gift card!
