gift card for switching mobile

I switched my mobile account on Feb 1, 2024.  I have not received my promised gift card and I have spent a great deal of time talking to your various representatives with absolutely no luck and great frustration.  The Xfinity representative I last talked with told me to call 1-800-269-9036 and she gave me a ticket number to use and to wait to call until today, July 16.  I just called today, and cannot reach a live agent to speak with.  This is ridiculous.

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

form doesn't work, there is no new message icon, what next?

After clicking on the direct message icon, do you see any icons within the panel where it says Conversations? There should be one with a box and pencil to create a new message.
