Getting signed in to Xfinity app.

I'm a new customer and having trouble signing in to the app. It seems that getting customer service is a lot of trouble. Maybe I should cancel Xfinity because they seem to be more trouble than they are worth.    ANY ADVICE ANYONE !

Our Xfinity Get Started page will get you all signed up with an Xfinity ID(if not created already)
