Getting a line without SSN

I have been trying to get a 2nd mobile line from Xfinity but get rejected because I don’t have a SSN. I am a Canadian with a US ITIN NUMBER. I have Xfinity TV, internet , and 1
mobile line. My credit score is over 800 but am running into a roadblock
when applying for a second line. This makes no sense. Help

Thank you for reaching out and posting on the XM forum. I’m happy to provide an answer to this request. As of now, providing an SSN remains a requirement for XM services. We currently do not have an alternative to this requisite. My apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused. Let me know if you have any further questions.
