Galaxy watch5 lte

Can't activate Galaxy watch5 lte! Comcast store says "because they don't sell the watch, they don't suport it!"

Please tell me this isn't true, and tell me how to activate LTE.

Howdy there! 👋
Thank you so very much for taking the time to reach out to our Digital Care Team here within our very own commnunity!
We most certainly want to ensure that you have the most up to date and accurate information when it comes to the watch for you! With that said any specific requests regarding the devices, or anything account related, we are unable to perform here via this platform.
Have you tried calling or textin 888-936-4968 or reached out to our secure online chat at https://comca.st/3D60crR where an Xfinity Mobile friend of ours is available 24/7?

@XfinityChelseaA

Thank you Chelsea for your reply. I have indeed talked to your mobile experts (as well as Samsung's), and they verify that they don't have LTE support for Samsung watches, "because we don't sell the watch, it's not a device in our computer"!

I have written Xfinity's Mobile executives Mr. Greg Butz and Mr. Tom Karinshak expressing my, and other's, displeasure for this non-support.
I also pointed out that Apple watches are supported by Xfinity Mobile, and, other mobile carriers (Eg, Verizon & ATT) do support Galaxy watch LTE.

Very disappointed and frustrated!

[Edited: "Solicitation"]. Seriously. Is it maybe a little anticompetitive for them to support something on Apple but not on their major competitor? Do they have a non-compete agreement in place with Apple to not support competing products?
