Full trade in value not applied.. aback end formal request ticket was supposed to be reopened

I have an ongoing Xfinity Trade-in issue that has been partially resolved, but not completely.

When I initially traded in my old S23 Ultra for a new S26 Ultra from Xfinity, I asked the rep PRIOR to the purchase if I could get my then current 'By the Gig' line back after I got my 226 Ultra AND if I could still get the $700 trade-in allowance for the S23 Ultra. I share my 'By the Gig' line for $20.00 a month with my wife and have no need for a more expensive plan.
The Xfinity representative said I could do that and still pay the 36 monthly installments for the S26 Ultra and applying the $700 trade in credit to lower my monthly payment, so I agreed and we did the sale transaction. This was an integral part of the purchase, and I would have not agreed to it if otherwise.

After opening a back end formal request ticket Xfinity finally did switch me back to my 'By the Gig' line as agreed but as of today 5/15/2026, has not given me the $700 credit as promised. The Account Level Credit RMCR36 for 36 installments currently shows ($133.11) That amount represents the used phone value, not the $700 promo value as promised.

The last person talked to at Xfinity spoke with was Jesh, Employee number 737168, on 4/28/2026. Jesh stated the deal would be honored and no further action would be needed by me. 
Two weeks later and it still has not. This has been the worst experience I have had with Xfinity and I have been with them for OVER 26 - 1/2 years, purchasing several phones during that time.

I need this resolved. It is like pulling teeth with Xfinity just to do what they said they would do.. Please help!!
