Free watch promo cancelled by agent by mistakenly/misunderstanding

Hi I have an issue with my plan where a free apple watch (2 number) promo got cancelled by an agent and gave false information stating it has been restored.

I spent many hours reaching customer care via chat, phone and went to the store as well where customer care stated and confirmed free watch promotion got restored but I still noted in the current statement 12.49 charged for each of my apple watch.

CSA offered free watch promotion and we got enrolled in Dec 2024 and Free watch promotion applied only for Jan 2025, Feb 2025 and March 2025 and then starting April 2025 I am seeing 12.49 for each of my two watches.

I am really tired of getting support and false statements. I want to restore my promo back on free watch.

Request to escalate and help me to restore my plan or change my plan to get this promo restored.

two issues:

1) Free watch promotion got ended within 3 months for both of my apple watch but it was stated no cost on my end

2) with the recent change on my account who messed up our account which also ended BYOD promotion on my mobile billing - 10+10 for BYOC for devices.

My actual mobile bill till December 55/56 dollar 2024 and with this free watch it added 2 watch lines and increased our monthly bill to 75 dollar till March 2025 month. post free watch promotion cancelled/ended and including BYOD own device, it increased our monthly bill to 124/125 dollar. It doubled our monthly bill by misunderstanding / miscommunication happened at the CSA end.

Request to help me to restore our plan since it doubled our monthly billing from 55 dollar to 125 dollars for no reason.
