Free Unlimted Line With Xfinity Internet

hello, i been going back and forth with agents for about 10 times and they still cant help me, i was suppopsed to be credited after i actiavted the line, but never recieved the credit, they end up shutting my phone off for no payment which was not my fault. the agents keep saying next cycle they would apply the mobile credits and still not credits. they even said i had to pay for the phone line to get back activated abd they would credit my internet bill which did not happen. has any one gone trough this?
