According to the offer details page (https://www.xfinity.com/learn/mobile), the free line promotion is only available for Xfinity Internet customers with 300 Mbps and above. Internet Essentials would not qualify, unfortunately. Xfinity Mobile still offers many other promotional discounts for new and existing customers, and you can access Xfinity Membership for savings on Xfinity Mobile phones and wearable devices, along with other great benefits.
