Free phone and service offer with essentials internet

I'm 70 years old and have many many health problems mostly heart issues. Last April I was told I could get help paying for my internet service if I signed up for the essentials program, I did so and received a call congratulating me forgetting Indian essentials program and asking if I would also like a free iPhone with free service . I was sent an iPhone and after 3 days realized it did not work for me it was too small for my fingers and I didn't know how to operate the iPhone format . I was told that there was no problem and that I had 14 days to decide if I wanted to keep that service I was sent a return label and immediately sent the phone back to Xfinity Mobile. The phone was sent back to me from an Apple refurbishing place in Texas saying that the" find my phone"  feature was turned on in that phone. I had the tech at my local Xfinity store program my phone I had no idea what the find my phone feature was evidently he had turned it on . After spending many many hours on the phone I was told that Apple would have to send me a new password and it would take until June 20th . As soon as I received the Apple password I was able with help to turn off the find my phone feature and send it back . I'm sure I spent over a hundred hours calling for a return label to send the phone to, The people would say they would send it and it would take a day or two to get to me but it would never happen and I would have to call again and again . I finally took the phone to FedEx and using my own money return the phone to the address of the Xfinity mobile refurbishing Center. About a week went by and I found out they received it but I also noticed Xfinity mobile charged my account without my permission 429.99 that was May 22nd 2022 . I've made many many calls since then I was last told that they found out what the problem was and the person I spoke with said they just had to clear the refund and would refund my account. That was from a worker named Ren from the Denver Comcast . That was almost 2 months ago and they have still never refunded my account so as to date they have the phone I was originally sent from Xfinity Mobile they had charged me $429.99 plus the return shipment when I sent the phone in after turning the find my phone feature off of from FedEx . They had also told me the phone was received the 28th of August .

I can't tell you how hard it was on me calling the se customer service at Xfinity and having to go through this story every time I called I truly believe it was purposely made more difficult than it actually was. I don't know why a company like Xfinity mobile would find it necessary to take that much money from a 70-year-old (low income) man that had just called to lower his internet service because I couldn't afford the price I was paying and then without my knowledge charging my credit card account $430 . For a phone I said I would give a try when I sent the phone back it was in pristine shape and all the original packaging and the plastic cover over the touch screen was never removed . Why I have not been able to contact one person in their support team that was able to actually talk with me ? Every person I spoke with always told me that they had resolved my problem and it would be fixed within a matter of hours or days . I had always paid my bills with my Comcast and Xfinity internet services I just can't believe that they can do this to me and hold that much money from me for a product that I don't have .

From the day I said yes I would try that new phone and free service offer it was the start of a horrific episode that I can't believe would be legal . I know Xfinity mobile must subcontract all of their customer service people with overseas companies . I just need some help with this issue I cannot afford to lose that much money .
