Free line for one year
I received a message that my home internet account includes one year free one phone line for I was being a platinum customer. When I click claim the offer it shows it's not free. How can I claim my one year free phone line as an existing customer?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience. New mobile customers can get a free data mobile line for one year as long as you have Internet services 300 megabytes or above. If you were a former mobile customer, you can get the unlimited free line as long as you haven't been a mobile customer for the last 12 months.
