Free line for a year

I've called 5 times because I was billed not the free line. I was told I wasn't eligible although I read them the advertisement so they thought up some other ones.i was sent a phone i never asked and a second line. They even said I was so special they would upgrade the phone they sent...S10..I said i have a phone and you can't upgrade it. I asked for a supervisor but he told me he was the best there. One called i asked for a supervisor because I couldn't understand him

He said no he'd speak slower. I have a phone and additional line i don't want but I still haven't gotten my free line.I JUST WANT MY FREE LINE FOR A YEAR FREE

I didn't add all the other ridiculous things. Wouldn't be enough space

@user_jmf6up You have to read the terms and conditions carefully. Most of these promotions are for new customers only. If you already have service, it might not apply. Or if you've previously had service and are coming back.
