free line and gift card
Greetings.
I am disappointed with NOW mobile. I was promised a free line with service and also a gift card I was told was "in the mail" I have received neither. The gift card was supposed to have been for transferring out of my prior mobile phone. I spoke with an agent who gave me a ticket number and said someone would be contacting me via email and still haven't heard anything over 30 days later. You have to go through so much just to get to someone I really feel disappointed unsatisfied jipped and cheated. Who do escalate this issue to

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_nfkply! I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the NOW promotion and gift card. Now we are limited on what we can do for you with the NOW service. WE are happy to take a look at the ticket number and see if we can see any updates on it. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I was promised a gift card to switch to xfinity now and a free line of service for one of my phones. I am being charged for all phone lines and never received gift card for old phone provider $400
