Fraud

FRAUD? I have never activated or received an mobile phone with Xfinity Mobile and have been continuously charged $13.33 a month for almost 20 months now. I have called at least 4 times and officially removed auto pay permissions and still am being charged. How do I get Xfinity Mobile to STOP STEALING MY MONEY?

It is the best tool to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. We are online weekdays and weekends. Speaking of the weekend, do you have any fun plans or just relaxing? Having unknown charges is concerning, I have been there before and know it is vital to correct asap. We have our Comcast Security Assurance team that investigates fraud and helps resolve it successfully. They are the point of contact for these types of situations, and I found the link for you to reach them here https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse. Click on the tab to report identity fraud, and it will help you initiate a claim to report it successfully. They will ensure it is stopped, and also reverse any possible charges.
