Fraud on iPhone order
I recently received an email from Xfinity mobile stating I had purchased an iPhone and come to find out it was purchased by telephone call. I did not purchase an iPhone so I called the next day to cancel it and they said they couldn't cancel it and I had to wait for the delivery and then bring it to a Xfinity store or mail it back.
I waited for an email about delivery which I never received. I called again after almost two weeks and they told me it was delivered by UPS on November 8th. I did not get a delivery nor did I sign for any iPhone. The name signed is druid which is the street I reside. Someone else has the phone and I am being charged for it.
When I questioned about the telephone number that made the order and asked if it were associated with my account they said they don't have that information and there is no transcript of the phone call.
I'm writing you in hopes that someone somewhere will have the decency to look into this matter and if you can't or won't I'll not stop until this matter is rectified.
I would like this matter put to rest asap. The UPS delivery I never received also has six boxes that I filed a claim for but when I filed I was unaware the iPhone was on the same truck.
At the very least Xfinity mobile should have opened an investigation as to where it was delivered. It seems no one cares about customers any more as long as they make their money.
