Fraud Agent?
Recently I was speaking to a live chat agent who was helping me change my plan. I took a few screenshots of the conversation, because I wanted to make sure that I would get billed the correct amount that he was giving me. I am now getting billed more than I was told. Not only that, but this agent asked for personal information like card number and SSN for approval. Is this concerning?? How legit are these agents. I've been paranoid about my accounts now.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
