Formal Complaint and Immediate Refund Request for $193.42
Dear Xfinity Executive Customer Relations Team,
I am writing because I am extremely angry and frustrated with the way Xfinity Mobile has handled my account.
The phone number associated with my Xfinity Mobile account is [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I started using Xfinity Internet around July 2025. At that time, I was told that Xfinity Mobile would be free as part of the promotion, so I opened a mobile line as well.
Around May 2026, I ended my Xfinity service and contacted customer service to stop my mobile line. At that time, I had already left the United States and was not using the mobile service.
What made me especially angry is that I specifically contacted Xfinity customer service to cancel the mobile line, but only about one week later, the line was reopened or reactivated without my authorization, and Xfinity continued charging me.
After I noticed the charges, I contacted customer service again. I was told that a ticket had been created and that the incorrect charges would be refunded. However, I never received the refund, and the charges continued.
As shown in the attached bank record, I was charged $43.56 on June 16, $72.58 on July 20, and $77.28 on August 17, for a total of $193.42.
I returned to the United States last week and found that Xfinity was still charging me. Since this issue had still not been resolved, I immediately transferred my mobile service to another company simply to prevent any further charges.
This entire experience is unacceptable. I requested cancellation, the line was reopened without my authorization, I was promised a refund that I never received, and I continued to be charged for three months.
I am requesting an immediate full refund of $193.42and written confirmation that my Xfinity Mobile account is completely closed and that there will be no additional charges.
Please escalate this complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.
Best,
[Edited: "Personal Information"]
