Greetings @user_b60e66, and thank you for reaching out to us using our Xfinity Community Forum. An unexpected jump in your mobile bill is definitely alarming, and that is not the experience we want anyone to have, especially on a fixed income. We want to help get this explained.

To start, have you checked our app to view a detailed breakdown of your charges? You can also check out our helpful article that explains common charges you may see on your bill: what-charges-appear-on-my-xfinity-mobile-bill.

We also send email and text notifications when there are billing updates, especially for larger changes, so those may provide additional insight.

That said, we’d be more than happy to take a closer look with you and figure out exactly what caused the increase.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to "Xfinity Support",  so we can securely access your account and assist further. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
