Fix my account
I had an Xfinity account with you. I put in a cancellation notice. I had a mobile device with the Internet. I canceled my Wi-Fi because I was moving states and you guys did not provide Internet and the location I was going to when I canceled my services. I took back the equipment and I paid off the remainder of my bill since I have left Oregon I have repeatedly gotten charges had multiple issues. I got reassured from the mobile department that my phone would not be turned off. It was a free phone for a year because of the promotion I had signed up for I went through all the hoops I did everything that was required to me. I had multiple conversations with Xfinity representatives on Internet and mobile Side and I got a disconnected phone a very scared eight-year-old because she was not able to get a hold of me when called Xfinity they just kept giving me notice after notice of bills that I had when I had no information on the mobile device even having a charge whatsoever. I canceled all service services from Xfinity, including the mobile line, but my account balance needs to be rectified. You can go back in my notes and look at everything that was not notated because I had multiple representatives. Tell me they were notating it. I also have the transcripts from a couple of the chat conversations. I have never been more disappointed in an Internet service and mobile phone service that I have with Xfinity, which is really unfortunate because if you guys did offer in this area, I would’ve 110% reactivated my Wi-Fi. this is super frustrating for the safety of my kid. The reason she has this phone is because we are in a new state she is in multiple school activities and she needs to have contact with me if something goes wrong like today when she had an episode and needed to call me and wasn’t able to get a hold of me. as a mother I am extremely frustrated because as much as technology rules our world, I trust, trusted Xfinity’s representatives to give me honest and truthful information regarding plans that I rely on for my child. with no indication, except an email saying that the phone line had been suspended today.. Xfinity needs to make right by this and clean off my balance. I will not be using you guys for a mobile provider or an Internet provider and if this does not get rectified, I will escalate it.
