Last year I acquired a iPhone 17 from Xfinity and traded in my Samsung S22+ for a 500 credit. But I did not receive the monthly trade in credit yet. I tried many many times to contact Xfinity and ECM0020062105 ticket said it was solved and closed but I called back the accounting team and still did not resolve the problem!!
