file a complaint my xfintiy acct, and mobile acct

It has been a complete nightmare trying too reach a live person! Been on the phone for 3 hrs or more, doing everything they said to do. I need to resolve these problems that I did not cause! I was with Sprint for 23 yrs and never had a problem and if there was something I needed to speak to them about it took a few mintues, what is happening with all this mess. I could be on here for hours complaining! I had no choice but to take Xfinity, they didn't have Fios in this area, I left Sprint because of the package deal you gave me. I never ever seen anything like this, a complete failure on there part, everyday there is something wrong! I need to speak to a live agent. I texted on my mobile phone at 5 today on 8/17/2023, and as of 5:49 no one texted me back, and if you are lucky enough to get a live agent they transfer you, because they have no clue what your talking about and no idea how too help someone! Now you can through this in the trash like all the other complients you get! I am completley aggravated with this constance inability on your part too help your customers! Thank you

Xfinity Mobile is a 100% NIGHTMARE!   Every agent gives you a completely different and wrong answer.  Today I finally lost it!  Every time I call, I’m on the phone for 2 hours or more!  It’s  infuriating . I really don’t think some of the Agents understand a word I’m saying. I repeat the same problem at least 5-6 times.  Then I get an answer that does not even pertain to my question. UGH!   I own my iPhone and I NEED to use another wireless provider.  
To top it off they convinced me into purchasing an iPad 10th generation.  3-4 months later it just CRASHED!  I have Apple Care and didn’t even mess with Xfinity. Xfinity wanted to send some unknown tech out to screw around with the Mother Board, OMGosh, NOPE!  Apple told me if I let an Xfinity tech touch the iPad my Apple Care was null and void. Apple also informed me their iPad 10th gen had many issues.  No wonder Xfinity offered it to me 1/2 off.

Apple is going to replace it, since Xfinity thinks they invented Apple products and some tech can fix it. It’s awful.

The screen is cloudy, I have to do hard restarts on it at least once per day, it crashes about once every 2 weeks, it goes from 1 app to another when I’m trying to use it. It’s just a joke like the MISINFORMATION I’ve been given by Xfinity Mobile. Plus, they have tried to overcharge me for data.  The iPad has NEVER left my house so it’s working completely off the WiFi, Cellular Data I turned off.  Apple suggested I get another generation of iPad.  I have an iPad Air 5th generation that works like a charm. This iPad 10 they suggested I buy is 100% defective. Xfinity wanted me to turn it into them and then told me if I turned in the defective one I would have to pay again for another.  These Agents are scammers. They may keep the money for all we consumers may know.  Where are they from?  I’m an RN and work with Physicians from all over the world, but these agents can’t grasp my questions.
