Feel been scammed by Xfinity

Anyone else going through this? My auto pay't bank acct got hacked through Xfinity. Scammers ordered another phone (I had 1 phone + 1 line; now I have 2 bec of the iPhone I did NOT order, nor received). Of course, my Xfin acct does look like I ordered it. I've already been charged $180, so that bank acct has been closed due to being compromised. Beginning to think this is a scam by Xfin.

Getting daily reminders 2 activate phone (won't do!), the 2nd line has been billed starting July 1st. When I call Xfin Fraud Cust Svc I get aloop of agent, then hold, a 2nd useless rep, anoth hold, then anothr useless rep, then same loop over & over. It usually takes 70+ mins on the phone w/ all of these people =no progress. There is Fraud claim case# (CSN?) but was told 2 days ago that it's still 'under review' by Xfin "back office". Told me I'd get a refund for fake charges, but if this takes 10 months to resolve, I'll be out $800. Bottom line Im being charged $80 more per month for a pay't plan for fake phone+ insurance. BTW, received a phone size box (via FedEx in Juliet ,TN) that had nothing in it besides brown packing/stuffing paper. Even took it to my local Xfinity store; they shared sympathy, gave me another useless Fraud number. I'm beyond frustrated & 🤬🤬
