FedEx lost the phone in transit and was not delivered
Xfinity agent are of no help for the devices which was not delivered. 3 iPhone 15 pro max which were not delivered and I am being asked to give a police complaint even when devices were not delivered at all .

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_n4wmng! We regret to hear 3 iPhone 15 Pro Max devices were not received. If the phones were lost in transit, a police report is needed in order for our Xfinity Mobile team to open claim.
