Feature request: web access to voicemail

I realize that Xfinity is having a hard enough time just managing the systems they already have, so it's unlikely we'll ever see an improvement that actually helps us.  But, since they seem to have a really difficult time getting people's visual voicemail to work (mine worked, then stopped, and I don't expect to ever get it back) - and since the "dial in" method of accessing voicemail seems to be from the mid-1980's and horrible to navigate - how about building a method for us to access our voicemail via the web, ala Google Voice?
