False Marketing for Free Line

I opened a line last month because they told me it was completely free for a year and that they would also waive the 25 dollar activation fee. Now a month later I have received a bill charging me for activation fee plus tax.

It seems like Xfinity reps just tell you blatant lies to get you to sign up. They also told me that id be able to transfer my free line to another Xfinity residential account that I have. That also turned out to be a complete lie which I also discovered after already having signed up.

These reps were both on the phone and in person at the store. It seems nothing anyone at this company says can be trusted.

I will absolutely not be paying a single penny for the phone line. Either remove the fee or cancel my line i don't even need it.
