False Advertisement

Promo displayed in my account for 1 year free mobile, but I got rejected at checkout.  I called customer service, and they told me my plan is not eligible.  I wish I knew that earlier. If I knew that, I would have taken the free phone offer instead of buying an unlocked phone outside.  This false advertisement is not oacceptable.  In fact, it's illegal.  Now, I am thinking about doing Mint Mobile for $15 a month.
