Fall 2023 trade in program

After reading many posts regarding the trade in program I am almost ready to go elsewhere.  Has anyone had a good experience trading in, getting the value promised and /or a general good experience this fall 2023????

Any tips for avoiding all the posted problems?

Is Xfinity/Assurance still a mess?

Anyone got something good to say???

OR 

Xfinity have you solved many of the processing problems that people are reporting?
