failed porting from cricket

This is straight rediculous.  Bought 2 phones from xfinity.  Ported one just fine off of cricket.  Got all info for second one.  Plugged all info in and now the second phone for cricket nor xfinity works.  You folks send us to this AI chat robot that doesnt know anything.  How the heck am I supposed to get a job without a functioning phone?  I need a fix, pronto.
