Extra charge
Hello my monthly mobile from $45 jumped to $75 without any explanation like what is going on why Xfinity charges you extra and everybody talks about it is this scam?? And when you call super super rude customer service help you.

I completely understand the concern when there is an unexpected increase on your bill, if I was in your shoes I'd be reaching out as well. All monthly charges should be broken down, and you can access those by logging into your account: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-mobile-account-payments-statements
From experience, these are the most common issues I've seen when billing increases for Xfinity Mobile:
- Internet is cancelled, there will be a $25 standalone mobile fee (this is waived when internet is active) https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-service-cancellation-details
- Roaming charges (if you've travelled recently)
- Change to account (new device, line, data plan)
