expired gift card and weird online chat with xfinity mobile representative
Hello, so wow I am very unhappy right now with you guys. I went to the xfinity mobile side and brought up a chat bubble with an agent about my expired gift card. Was then given a number, I really wish I had saved their name now, and when It connected me to a "live agent" which immediately tried to get me to agree to a life alert device, asking before that if I was over 50, which I said no to and then disconnected me to an automated person which then tried to get me to agree to hear other savings without an option to go anywhere else, felt extremely scammy and kinda predatory :( , has anyone else had this experience?
Very weird, and now I'm afraid to use yalls chatting service again. Is there anyway I can get help to just get another card with an extended exp date and I will use it within a week I know better now :(
