existing customer mobile phone promotions

I have been with Xfinity for years and have 4 phones. I want to upgrade my phones but Xfinity rarely has any promotions for existing customers. It seems they only want new customers. Not to mention that you have to dig through the details of the offers to see if existing customers are eligible. They should add an existing customer offer section but my guess is since they do it so infrequently they wouldn't want to draw attention to it. One of the 4 phones barely works and all my phones are eligible to upgrade if I want to pay full price. No thank you! Instead I will be shopping for a new carrier for my husband and I.

We recommend reaching back out to the experts on our Mobile team after some time to see if anything has changed. Checking online for mobile deals is also a good thing to do every so often. Also, you may be eligible for a discount on a new phone by trading in, though this is something they'll be able to provide additional details on. We're here for you if you need anything!

agree, keep seeing deals for new customers, but no deals for existing customers, specifically on iphones (now $500 off)
