Executive Resolutions rep. will not answer the phone!

I received the below email today (I took out the name and number of the person), but the person will not answer the phone! I called multiple times and left voicemails. They said they tried to call me, but I had no missed calls on my phone!

I am getting the same thing.  Goes right to voicemail.  This has been going on for over a week.  Is Unacceptable.  I have contacted the BBB and the FTC.  

Want this problem resolved.
