Excessive data roaming charges - Global travel pass enabled

Recently travelled to India and briefly turned on data roaming using the Global travel pass.

But, after return back to country, discovered that Xfinity mobile racked up huge data roaming charges. 

Called customer support multiple time but no one is willing to help.

Please help reverse the charges as the amount in $2000 range
