tried switching to Xfinity mobile it’s a nightmare

I have tried to get phone lines going with y’all since July 10th y’all sent the wrong phones passed the date I was promised which was my husbands birthday the 14th with 2 day shipping shouldn’t of been a problem right lol no wrong!!! They sent the wrong phones so my husband and I went in to return and exchange them I got his done and his new phone it is now the 25th of July and my phone and refund is still not returned did them same time and same day in store ! I have drove an hour away 7 times to talk to a face to face person just to get told my spending limit has not reset and my phone has not came off my account! Then I have called at-least twice a day since this all began I get all kinds of different answers such as the device needs to reach the warehouse and be “graded” to the device has reached the warehouse it’s pending being graded back to the device hasn’t reached the warehouse yet I got that today!!! I have been told just wait 24 more hours atleast 8 times y’all are liars and make me sick! This was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband and I and it’s became a total nightmare and Joke no one knows what they are doing and all they do is say bullcrap! I had to pay cricket for an extra month of service I wasn’t planning on having because of this!!! I cannot take it anymore y’all need to get your [Edited for profanity] together and get ahold of me!  Not to mention y’all did the same [Edited for profanity] to my grandmaw last week and the week before!!! Disgusting!
