Estimated wait time is 40 minute
I am on hold with Xfinity. For the last 30 min they have been telling me that my estimated wait time is 40 minutes. One would think that by now it will be 10 min. But no, it is still 40 minutes.
BTW, This is my 2nd hour trying to resolve an issue.
How the hell can you be this incompetent?
Are you ever embarrassed?

I've had the wait time go up! First told it would be 10 minutes, then after 15 or more it suddenly it went up to 40 minutes!
