Error when placing mobile order

Hi, I am having an issue when trying to place an order through my account. I’m trying to upgrade my line and when I get to processing the payment, I get an error and the screen says “Something went wrong”, “Trying this page again may help fix the problem”. Because I’m getting this error, I can’t place my phone order. Can you please advise on a solution in fixing this problem? Thank you!

Bet this is being done on purpose to get folks to call. This is silly. High tech company with all these upgrades and cannot get a payment system in order? Sure!

Been having the same issue for a long time now. You will likely hear it is security issue or something along the lines. Yet they continue to take the monthly off our cards lol but cannot accept a payment for something as simple as a cell phone. Hope you got the situation figured out as i have to also call in. Bit irritating. So much for expensive technology.

I’ve been having this problem for months! Same exact thing happens when I get to the cart. Unacceptable.

I don't want or have time to sit on a call. I would have ordered my phone months ago, but every time this happens, I shut it down and don't go back to it due to frustration! All the money that we spend on Xfinity products and I can't upgrade my phone online??? What?? Don't text the number they tell you to, when you text they come back with "someone will call you at any moment." If I wanted to talk to someone, I would call!

Ready to dump xfinity altogether!

Sept 23rd 2022 and I'm having the same problem trying to switch from Verizon? I'm disatisfied already.

I spent a lot of time choosing phones, plans, entering phone identifiers to trade them in, entering billing and payment information, only to have the same error message when I press submit. From May to September with the same issue is sadly, laughable. I don't want to have to chat with someone who can help me place the order if I'll have to repeat all my efforts. All you've done is convince me of what switching to Xfinity would be like going forward. Corporate should be embarassed and take down the purchase process pages and just advise potential customers they have to call.
