Error 481
Im trying to update my payment method in Xfinity Mobile. Any idea how to fix this issue? I need to pay my bill and order a new phone

The payment code you posted( Code 481) is a very general payment rejection error, but is normally associated with an incorrectly entered payment method. Is this a card you've used successfully in the past? Card types such as pre-paid cards cannot be used with Xfinity Mobile, as the payment method must be tied to a verified financial institution.
