Email won't load on app

When I go into my Xfinity email account nothing comes up. I reinstalled app and cleared the cache to no avail.

user_x60tk2 Good morning to you! I'm terribly sorry to read of the trouble you are having with accessing your comcast.net email from the app. I know how troublesome this can be especially when email can you a main source of communication. Are you using a third party mail client app like mac mail or outlook? Or were you able to migrate your comcast.net email over to yahoo and you are using the yahoo app to access your email?

I have done all the things that were suggested in the past and have again uninstalled and reinstalled the Xfinity App.  Someone working for Xfinity, who understands the App, needs to contact me or do their "magic" on my account from an office which is what happened last time.  Thank you

A few months ago my mobile Xfinity App would not load on the email page.  I spent hours and days trying to have representatives troubleshoot the problem.  Finally, my issue was escalated.  After another week the problem resolved.  Now, in the past few days the app will again not load email.  I push the blue button to check email, it looks like it will work, the three dots blink then I get a blank white page.  I cannot reach a human being.  I cannot spend all this time with a robot that never sends me to a human representative.  The last time I even went to the Xfinity Store.  That rep there insisted the app never had the capability to load email which we know is not accurate, but there was no convincing him.  I would appreciate if a human representative would locate my cell phone number on my account and call me to help with this issue. Good Luck to all of us having this problem.
