Email won't load on app

I'm terribly sorry to read of the trouble you are having with accessing your comcast.net email from the app. I know how troublesome this can be especially when email can you a main source of communication. Are you using a third party mail client app like mac mail or outlook? Or were you able to migrate your comcast.net email over to yahoo and you are using the yahoo app to access your email?
