Email saying my account was disconnected June 22

I recently got the following email

Outstanding payment due

 
Your Xfinity Mobile service was disconnected on June 22 due to non-payment. If you had the Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan on any of your devices, your insurance coverage has been cancelled.

You have an outstanding balance of $131.41.
Call us at (888) 936-4968 to make a payment.

So my question is what is this?  I cancelled my Mobile plan in March of this year and the last payment was made in April/May.  I logged into the mobile account and it shows the payments made as the final payments in May.  So why am I seeing this saying my account / device was disconnected on June 22 when it was actually disconnected 3.5 months earlier?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Ask customer myself I would not be happy if I was charged for services I didn't have let's take a deeper look into your account, please send me a DM

 

To send a direct message:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
