E-gift card
I’ve reached out over 15 times now it’s been well over 90 days I was supposed to have an e gift card from you guys as offered when I signed up for your WiFi and switched my phone over as part of the deal. I’m sick of reaching out. I’ve been transferred so many times recently despite agents telling me I’d have the gift card by last Saturday. I’m sick of it. I can just switch my phone service back to my parents plan and figure out another WiFi like AT&T who I know people who have received gift cards from them. It’s the principle.
