Terrible service. Xfinity Mobile has been an absolute nightmare. The signal is constantly dropping, making it impossible to make or receive calls reliably. Every time I purchased a phone, they said it's not compatible. I've already bought three phones, and each time they told me it wouldn't work with their service. I even bought a phone from Best Buy, and they still said it wasn't compatible. It feels like they're just trying to push me to buy an overpriced phone directly from them, which I'm definitely not going to do. Their customer support is completely useless and takes forever to respond, leaving issues unresolved for days. I regret switching to them and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's been a frustrating and infuriating experience.
