Early upgrade with cracked screen?

I cracked the screen on my Note 20 Ultra - its a small crack, but still functional. I'm almost halfway through my device payment plan. Is it possible to trade it in + pay a fee without getting the screen replaced first at a local store? Other than the screen crack, the rest of the device is meticulous. 

I understand that I can take it to an authorized Samsung service repair center and pay for the screen repair, but the closest location is a 2 hour round trip and I'd have to wait around that town while it gets repaired.
