Duplicate charges from now wifi

Purchased a $10 Wi-Fi now pass from xfinity within a few seconds, 4 more charges for $10 showed app on my account, all pending transactions. So a total of 5 charges,, a  few days ago, they processed the one but did not release the other 4. They're sitting pending in my bank and my bank  cant do anything about it until they release the hold, but they say they have no record of 4 other charges.
