dual SIM question/ add a line

Hello,

Currently I am an Xfinity mobile customer looking to add another line.  Can I add a line and operate two different phone numbers on my Xfinity mobile through one device (either a Samsgung S20 or iPhone11Pro)?  Would this be a dual SIM (both eSIM) or one is a physical SIM and one is an eSIM?  The second new line just needs to operate as a business phone line and does not need data plan or anything special.

Yes. Your XM line requires an XM physical SIM as XM does not support eSIMs. Your eSIM line would have to be from a different carrier such as T-mobile or AT&T. You might be able to use Verizon if you get a specialist to set up an LTE only eSIM as you cannot have more than one CDMA line.

YES

XM supports all dual SIM iPhones. Your phone will need to be unlocked to use the eSIM which can be used on another carrier or data only eSIM carrier.

You will have to check the compatibility of any dual SIM android phones.

I have xfinity wireless, but I also have a small business line run through an app. I would like to switch that to a actual line through xfinity. Do Chinese or Korean iPhones with dual sim work in the states, and will xfinity support them?
