Dropping calls

I and my wife have iPhones we only get one bar signal and sometimes no bars at all. Dropped calls are continuing.
we live in Hendersonville Tn on the Walton ferry area

I've been having the same problem for at least a week in Ypsilanti MI, and voicemail is taking days to come through. Unacceptable service, particularly when I have to rely on cell service for work.

@XfinityRobertA I am having this problem now in West Georgia. The link above sends me to a 1800 number, and I cannot make phone calls.
