Double Charged

I was double charged on 6/11/2026 for my Xfinity mobile account. 

I made a payment through the app, received an error message that quickly disappeared, logged out, logged back in, seen the balance was still unpaid and made another payment. 

My checking account, however, shows 2 payments pulled for the same amount on the same day for $229.66.

I called customer service and tried to ask the representative if I could send in proof to show I was double charged but she told me to dispute it through my bank. I also asked her if I disputed it wouldn't that show my bill as unpaid and she told me no. I called my bank and disputed it, but  now (just as I suspected) my Xfinity mobile bill is past due. Even though I still show a payment from my checking account cleared. 

Please let me know what I can do to prove I paid my bill.
