Don't belive the promos - No trade in credit given
back in november i traded in my iphone 13 for the new 17 in order to take advantage of the trade in credit for the 13 pro. I had to pay for the new phone up front and they said when my trade in was shipped i would recieve the $700 credit back. I never got the credit. I went through the chat agent, they promised me the credit would be given in the next cycle, that came and went. I called and was bounced around to multiple departments, all promising the next cycle it would happen, still nothing. Then I had multiple tickets opened and closed without any explination. I was told on the phone to go into the store, i went into the store and they told me to call.
Hours of wasted time, empty promises, and no results. If i cannot get this resolved I will be leaving xfinity forever. If you're thinking about doing any kind of their promos because it may never actually happen
