DO NOT do it.
[Edited: "Solicitation"]. I am a long-time customer. Found an error in my bill one day and contacted customer service via chat. Long story short, the only way to correct their error was to sign up for a new contract. The rep gave me an awesome promo. I prepaid all fees and thought I scored. My account never updated online. I called customer service and was told tough luck. Even though I had what I agreed to in writing they would not honor it. They said he was not authorized to do that and stuck me with the full bill. The cell service that was part of the deal is horrible. I have had it about 3 days and have had 17 calls cut off by the network. DO NOT fall for this like I did. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. And the service itself is bad and I live in a metro area, not out in the sticks.
