Disgusting service from a manager via Xfinity Mobile support. [Edited]

Terrible experience with Xfinity Mobile manager from phone support. Rod the manager is not rectifying the mistake your representative has made last night. I asked for a payment arrangement for next month August 14. Rep set it up for tomorrow. Rod the manager disconnected the call after I asked for his name and said he better fix this. I demand credits for my bill coming out tomorrow. [Edited: "All Caps"]

Update after call in attempts. Another manager useless saying she was going to transfer me to billing and that she could do nothing. 3:45 PM EST time
